Hello world!
Hi! I’m Imaginator Sindy! Why don’t I start with a little history on my name and title. First, my name – Sindy. Both my parent’s names start with S, so Dad thought it would be fun to name my siblings and I with S names. Mom always liked the name Cindy, and one day she met someone who spelled it with an S. Years later I learned that’s how they spell it in Britain! There’s even a Sindy doll that’s really popular over there! Cool!
As for the title Imaginator, it started as a thought that popped into my head. I imagine things a lot (in case you couldn’t tell), so I imaginate, which makes me an imaginator. Well, I looked it up and come to find out, not only is it from a fun video game, but I found it in a dictionary! It’s a real word! According to the Marion-Webster dictionary it means “One who imagines, especially a person who creates.” That’s it! That’s me! I love to imagine and then bring those ideas into reality by creating. Admittedly, I added the part about making the world a little better through my imaginating, but that’s what imagination and creation should be about, right?
Be sure to come back often! I look forward to sharing many more of my discoveries and adventures with you! 🙂

That’s fun. Most people spell my name with an “S” like Sheryl, but my mom liked it better with a “C”. So I have a pretty common name but with a not so common spelling also. The only time I wasn’t sure about it was in grade school when my classmates tried calling me “cherry”!
